Exegy has a Customer Relationship Director opening that is a senior financial technical customer-focused position that will manage the relationship between Exegy customers and Exegy technical support. 

Qualifications Summary

Minimum BS Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent; Demonstrated people skills to develop positive customer relationships; Strong ability to communicate technically complex information effectively with the technical support and customers under very demanding situations; Demonstrated knowledge of Windows and Unix; C/C++, JAVA; Ability to deliver Exegy solution presentations; Ability to communicate internally and with customers both written and orally; Provide understanding of the Exegy product.

Qualifications & Responsibilities

  • 15+ years work experience dealing with Financial Services customers
  • Direct report management experience required
  • Strong Market Data experience
  • Solid understanding of Exchange feeds
  • Sales and support experience with Financial Services customers, primarily with technical managers and engineers
  • Ability to navigate throughout an organization and understand how to utilize appropriate internal resources
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and understand the Exegy product offering
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate Exegy positioning within the market against competitors
  • Understanding of network protocols and tools – IP, UDP, TCP, sockets, etc.
  • Ability to gather technical customer requirements, design Exegy based solutions and clearly communicate the solution to customer
  • Coordinate resolution of technical issues through the Engineering organization and escalate as necessary
  • Ability to gather and use best solution practices and manage the use of Exegy products
  • Experience with Customer Support Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management processes and systems
  • Ability to work with St. Louis-based support engineers
  • Must be able to multi-task
